If you need to make a new purchase, or change to the securities in your account simply call 800-344-7060 and enter the extension of your primary account executive. |

We are generally available to you anytime from 6:30 am through 4:00 P.M., and can also be reached after hours on our automated voice mail system. |
| If I need to make a deposit to my account where do I mail the check? |
If you would like to make a deposit to your account please make the check payable to “J.P. Morgan Clearing Corp.” Please reference your account number in the memo section of the check. If you are making a contribution into a IRA or company retirement plan please also indicate the year the contribution is for. Checks should be mailed to the following address: |
